Installation Details
Measure the position and find the 1/2 way point of the bowstring.
Separate the bowstring by the splitter tuck in the silencer end and tighten the bowstring.
Wrap the damper in the direction of the bowstring twist, tuck the remaining other end in, and tighten again.
Smooth the rabbit hair up and down and adjust to the best condition.

These are not otter hide, they look more like rabbit. However they do a good job.

Easily adaptable, real fur, greatly reduces string noise and vibration without compromising flight speed or accuracy. I cut them down to reduce drag and still enjoyed the benefit of their use.

These are not otter as the description states. These are slices off a rabbit hide about a half inch wide. You use the included bow string splitting tool slide one end through wrap and then secure in the bow string by useing the tool again. Then push them together and fluff them up. The string silencers really put a damper on the string noise and will help alot for hunting deer. Where i hunt is public land and the deer really like to jump the string so every little bit of noise reduction voes a long way. Plus they look great on recurve bow very traditional looking.
