It's a nice ligature for my soprano sax that is easy to put on. I always prefer ligatures with only one screw to tighten. Works just as it should and does not affect the sound.

The LAST picture shows a ligature that I play on. It FITS on my soprano saxophone mouthpieces, all of them; and some of my clarinet mouthpieces too. The first three pictures show how this mouthpiece does NOT fit. I tried it on the crystal mouthpiece I prefer and my rubber mouthpieces. I tried it on a clarinet and even on the stock soprano mouthpiece that comes with the Yamaha Venova Wind Instrument. It comes a really skinny one, did not fit. In the pictures you can see how too little it is. Completely open, it does not encircle the mouthpiece with the reed, or even without the reed.Aside from not fitting, it is cheaply made being just a strip of cloth. It has no rubber coating or anything like others I have used. I was actually looking forward to trying it.I truly hate to give negative reviews; and when I do, if there is something positive about the item, I am sure to point it out. Unfortunately, there is nothing positive I can say about this ligature as it relates to its intended use. It is not usable. The pictures, with dimensions in the ad, clearly demonstrate that none of the other ligatures will be useful either. If this is a drop ship product, please pick a different supplier and pick a real musician to try them out.

Doesn't even wrap around the mouthpiece, not worth the time or money to send it back. Lesson learned
