All I wanted was a 100% steel spoon. Not plastic, not mixed metals with potentially harmful metals, just steel. You wouldn’t believe how hard it is to find. But this spoon is it!!! 100% steel and made in Japan.As always you can rely on Japan to produce the best quality possible. This spoon will no doubt out live me.Adding the entire set to our wedding registry!
