I bought these Emergancy water packets to put in my cat's evacuation bag. I only give it 3 starts because one of the water packets leaked and was empty, soaking the outer box they were shipped in (see photo) but it was britty much dried by the time I got the package. But the inner packaging was still a little wet. The zipsealed bag the water packets were bundled in appears to have been cut by a knife use to open boxes. The good news is only one packet was empty and my cat likes the water, as she started licking the packets dry as I took them out of the zipsealed bag.
