I’ve spent a lot of money over the years on expensive guitar wall hangers, but these are the best hands down.It comes down to their simplicity. The backplate is sturdy metal, but it’s thin so it sits close to the wall. So it’s sturdy and doesn’t move.The ones in my photo are just screwed into the drywall, no anchor. And they don’t move at all. I’ve had them up for a year, with a year’s worth of taking instruments off and putting them back on the hook, and there is zero movement from the hooks.If you get them do make sure you mount them as safely as possible if you’re using heavy instruments (it is worth using an anchor if you can), but I love them. I’ll only be buying these from now on and fully trust them.

Installing the hooks was pretty straight forward. Not too much to say there. My only complaint is how the guitars sit in the hooks, a couple of my guitars seem to hang a bit too close to the wall and will rattle against the wall if there's any vibrations. It would be nice if the hooks were designed to make the guitar sit a little further out from the wall. Other than, the hooks are pretty well made. Would recommend for the price.

Holds up anything from electric to acoustic guitars with different weights when then anchors are used. I've also removed and remounted elsewhere with no issues. Simple and look great!

Mounts worked good and subtle design so they don't stand out. Easy to install. Works on acoustic guitar and our ukulele.Note, all 3 instruments hang away from the wall with a gap. They do not touch the wall when hung, which is important to protect the guitars and my wall paint job. I did add some foam tape on the wall where the base of the guitars sit; to prevent banging the guitars when the little ones put the guitars back.
