I, too, fell victim to the covid sourdough baking crazy and this set has everything I needed to further my obsession! the tools are all very durable and well-made. the scoring tool is sharp and perfect to make any design you could imagine. it’s all easy to clean too!

I like the idea of a bread starter set , cute Proofing bowls , with covers , not sure those can be washed and the tools are very light weight , thinking they might be needing replacing with better quality stuff sooner than later .

One of the bowls is a good quality, but the second one has cracks and pieces sticking out. I would never want to put my sourdough in this bowl without a liner and fear it would have splinters. I’m happy with the one that is good quality, but disappointed in the other. I will likely be looking for replacements because I doubt the quality of this product. The extra accessories are great though. I will continue to use those.
