It would have been nice if stainless steel screws were included.

Negative: Will only hold smaller cups or glasses. Pictures make it look like there is a gap for a cup handle but the gap is very narrow & has to be forced open enough for a handle.Positive: The holder is very sturdy & will probably last a good while as long you don't try to put bigger items in it.

Great quality and well designed. Unfortunately, the hardware to attach it to your chair is not included. I had to go source some stainless steel screws from a hardware store to make it work. Make sure you get the correct size so they fit in the recessed holes, if not you will not be able to spin the cup holder. Add 2 screws with the product would solve this problem.
