So I bought this to go around a 4 inch circular pole in my basement that was right in the middle of my home gym. It works perfectly and doesn’t move around at all. I mainly use it for back support when I do curls. The Velcro sticks nicely. I highly recommend this product.

I'm using it to wrap our basement support post in our home gym so I don't knock my barbell into it. works great and looks better than the foam wraps.

Easy to apply to pole, only wish it was wider at the base to cover screws & bolts. Good for the price.
