Bought this one to replace the one for our portable basketball goal when it fell over during a storm. Perfect fit undo the old damaged one and this one slides right into its place. It also came with instructions to help with installing and all the hardware needed so you can have extras or just completely replace the old ones as well. The Black looks better than the orange in my opinion too.

Bought to replace a rim that had bent and cracked from the goal falling over a couple of times over the years. After matching this rim to our backboard, I ordered and it went on easy and works great.

We inherited our neighbor's expensive hoop. Unfortunately, with the heavy winds, a mail truck and another utility vehicle driving under it, we ended up having to replace the rim because it was wrecked.This one was easy to install, the least expensive and it's extremely strong and sturdy.Now we just need to replace the backboard because one of the neighborhood kids thought that using a rock to get the ball off the rim was the best idea EVER.

We have a 54" Spaulding Exact Height Portable Basketball Hoop that came crashing down during high winds. The rim bracket and breakaway tension spring bolt were bent and you cannot order individual parts. Not wanting to have an expensive and enjoyable hoop rendered useless, the search was on to find a fix. This Slam Jam Rim was an exact replacement for the rim included on the original hoop. Although we didn't need the rim itself and just needed the brackets, this was still an affordable option. I ended up using the new rim, parts and net and getting rid of the old.The rim itself was assembled and up within about 10 minutes. It was a perfect fit and the kids are back to enjoying some outdoor fun. This is also a shout out to Amazon Warehouse Deals by offering a Used - Very Good product that was brand new and the only issue was a slightly banged up box. This saved almost $10 so always pay attention for the Amazon Warehouse Deals on this or any other product.

Arrived in 2 weeks. Everything was well packed and all pieces present. Instructions easy to follow. The rim was on the backboard within 15 mins. Very good product!
