DURABILITY
CHAMFERED BARCLAMPS reduce stress risers at the handlebar/stem interface, increasing the fatigue life and safety of handlebars. SHOTPEEN-ANODIZED FINISH increases durability and fatigue life.
OPTIMIZED GEOMETRY
SHORT STACK HEIGHTS allow low cockpit set ups when desired, while spacer kits can be utilized to increase the stack height.
SINGLE CROWN / DIRECT MOUNT
SPANK Stems are available in both 31.8mm and 35mm diameter depending on model. Single Crown and Direct Mount stems in a broad spectrum on lengths, coupled with our handlebar geometries, mean that you have over 50 variations of cockpit customization to choose from in the SPANK range.
UPSWEEP DIAL GUIDE
The degree markings on the SPANK SPLIT Stems allow you to find and reference your ideal bar upsweep position in your cockpit. This means you can easily adjust your cockpit back to your ideal setting after servicing, or...crashing!
SPACER KITS
SPANK HEADSET SPACER KITS come in convenient packs including 3mm, 6mm, and 12mm spacer rings, allowing micro-adjustment of cockpit height and set-back. Available in 7 different anodized colors, with laser etch logos, they're the only spacer kits you'll ever need.
DIRECT MOUNT STEMS / SINGLE CROWN STEMS
SPANK INDUSTRIES offers 4 models of DM Stem, all available in 31.8mm diameter. The DM40 Ltd. Edition stem was developed with 2019 UCI DH World Cup Champion Amaury Pierron. It features a 100% CNC machined body with a 40mm length and true zero degree rise optimized for an aggressive race position and most direct, responsive handling. The DIRECT 40 Stem is also designed to a 40mm length, and is a forged alloy stem that has been CNC optimized. For a less aggressive direct mount, look to the DIRECTOR 2 at 50mm length. The DM 25/30 can be adjusted from 25mm - 30mm length.
SPANK SPLIT & SPLIT 35 Stems come in 4-lengths per model, allowing you to tune your cockpit in micro-increments. The SPLIT Stem is available in both 31.8mm and 35mm diameter and is SPANK's premium Single Crown Stem. SPANK INDUSTRIES offers a great range of Single Crown stems to suit every rider style and set-up. Look to the SPOON 318 for a 31.8mm split stem stem available in two lengths, and the SPOON 350 for a 35mm stem also available in two lengths. The Spoon 2 stem offers one of the best value for money stems on the market with the same SPANK INDUSTRIES 'bombproof' quality you would expect from any SPANK product. Look to Race 2 for a shorter length all-mountain / trail stem available in both 35mm and 50mm lengths, and for the tall, long-limbed riders, the Oozy Trail stem is perfect at either 50mm or 65mm length.

Bought this and the gold spank 100 pedals. Both colors match pretty good.The stem doesnt have a smooth finish but looks really good.

I needed a 0 rise, 35 mm wide, 35 mm long stem to lower my handlebar a bit. And this is the only stem I found for a reasonable price, considering that we are in the Spring, high season for sales. I checked the reviews around: Very strong, well made, lacking a refined finish. So, I was really surprise when I received such a beautiful gold stem, the finish is compensated by the beautiful color. Easy to install and very reliable according to professional reviewers. Highly recomended.

What a spanking gold stem!!! Arrived fast. Looks sturdy and great finish w/ very neat markings. Yet to mount & try on trails. Will update once tried.Update:Tested on downhills & climbs. Good zero degree stem. Works as expected. Worthy upgrade for the price.
