I use these to make meat loaves to give out to family and friends who don’t cook too much. I prepared meatloaf, put it in these pans, covered and froze them. I taped baking instructions to the top white paper lids.

pans arrived well packed, with no damage. A little larger than 1lb loaf pans. lids allow you to mark contents.have not heated up food yet, so will update review after using pans to heat up food

so far have been using these to prep for the freezer for cooking later. Depending on the recipe could hold up to 4 servings and the rectangular shape makes them stack efficiently. Love the ability to write on the lid

I originally bought these for using in my Road Pro while we travel. I pre-bake assorted meals, pop them in the freezer and take them along on trips. The RP can have them ready to eat in a couple hours. (Do remember to lift the pans off the bottom of the RP using canning jar rings, otherwise your food might scorch.) Today I decided to try baking breakfast casserole to put in the freezer for quick breakfast. Excellent results! A full recipe fills four of these loaf pans. That's breaky sorted for four days! Also making bread pudding at the same time. Other than baking time, I only have about an hour of prep with the reward of eight meals! Even though 55 pans is plenty to work with, I tried spraying them with cooking spray before filling and the food came out clean enough to reuse the pan! Do remember to place them on a cookie sheet while baking, you'll find it much easier to move them in and out of the oven. I fit four on one sheet.

Great size and love that they have lids! I make a pumpkin bread family recipe every year and give one to all my family members and friends. Perfect for that occasion. A little flimsy but overall I would purchase again

These aluminum pans are pretty flimsy. Make sure to keep your hand completely under the pan, so you don’t end up all your food on the floor. Even if it’s just for putting a few cookies in for the neighbor, it’ll still need support!
