Used these for storing documents and magazines, The thickness is good. rated 4 instead of 5 because a little tight getting 8 1'2 x 11 magazines into the bag. IDK how long they will last. The previous bags I used became brittle and tore after several years in storage.

Freezer bags I have feel just a tad thicker, but still very useable. This is 4mil BTW. Comes in a stack versus coiled up in a box so it won't have a curl when you grab one.I'd buy again.

I use these bags for handing out uniforms to our team. I can put a uniform, a couple tshirts, and a book in the bags and still have plenty of space. They’re thick and easy to close so I don’t have to worry about them tearing-a lot of the players end up saving the bags to keep their nasty cleats in later.

I got this to organize contents of my emergency bag. I got 9x12, which is perfect to store decent amount of stuff. It holds canned goods without a concern of penetration. Very sturdy - much sturdier than ziploc bags I get at grocery store. It's single zip, so, it's easy to open for convenience, but seals decently - I'm not worried it would pop open in my bag. It also says food safe on description. Very happy with my purchase!! Exactly what I was looking for.

These bags are very nice for old magazines.I have a collection of old Strategy and Tactics magazines, some which include boardgames. These bags are a good size for storing those magazines.Positives:Thicker than typical baggies.Nice seal.Negatives:Not sure how they will be long term, as I have only started using them recently. I expect they will be helpful, but only time will tell.My grade, an A
