I bought this for my 2lb doll and it wouldn't fit her at all! I buy preemie clothes for her all the time, so I know they usually fit. This said it would fit a 5lb baby (even on the tag it came with) but I find that hard to believe. The fabric and design was cute, the hat fits. Just keep the size of the outfit in mind as it runs super small. I would return it but the packaging won't allow that. (came in a plastic bag and wrapped in more plastic)

The material is nice and soft. Love the mitten cuffs (kept my preemie from pulling out her NG tube!). Fits my 5lb0oz baby with a little room to spare, so not for teeny tiny preemies!

We got this as one of my son's outfits while he was in the NICU. It is wonderful. The snaps are perfect for the monitoring wires that preemies need and it fit nicely, although the hat runs large for preemies.

for my newborn the outfit is a little bit big, but much better fitting than other clothes and I can see how the baby is growing in it day by day. The design is adorable, washes well and has a soft fabric.

Very nicely detailed. My granddaughter could fit for a few weeks. A good so preemie is not swallowed up. Good quality fabric with cute trim or detailing made this brand a standout. Highly recommend for your preemie.
