They are probably WAY smaller than you think, same size of a quarter. The picture makes it appear as if you can use them for display, 100% my own fault as the measurements are given, but the magic of pictures had me convinced they were at least larger than a quarter! Unfortunately they are so small that they are completely unnoticeable.

It is very difficult to install, particularly when not having a visual. The 2.5-3mm central cone diameter on the pad is too small to easily "hit" it. You have to hunt for it, and while hunting, the others that you have already set will escape. The slope at the outer part of the pad only make the things worse.There are not many pads to choose from, and mist of them are designed the same way. Regardless, I would not recommend these, nor any other of the same design.

it does exactly what its supposed to. if you have marble or hardwood floor, it might slide around a little. so i got some rubber stopper to stick on at the bottom of them.

Works great. Wish the slot in the middle wasn’t drilled all the way through. But since my spikes were thick didn’t have an issue.

Be aware that these discs are not solid. Where you would place them under a spike, the disc has a hole completely through the disc. It is not very wide, but unfortunately these do not have a solid base, so be careful with very thin spikes or heavy loads.

These speaker spike pad-thingies work really well for my purpose, and the price is right. I bought a tiny rack for desktop sized hiFi components, and it has spike on the bottom. I bought these to protect my recently refinished walnut bookcase! They’re perfect, and I highly recommend them!
