The GravityFlo Portable Eye Wash Station features dual spray heads along with a 9 gallon tank, providing continuous flow for the ANSI Z358.1 required 15 minutes. With the capability to be shelf, table, or wall-mounted, this gravity operated eye washer can be placed practically anywhere within a worksite. A simple pull of the eye washing station’s highly visible yellow activator instantly delivers relieving water streams to flush the eyes, allowing hands free operation – essential for an emergency eye wash kit.
Designed with a tamper-resistant fill cap, the 9 gallon tank is easy to fill with potable water, and weights 83lb when full. The eye washer kit is supplied with a wall-mount bracket to create a more permanent eye washing station.
A competitive price point allows users with even the tightest budgets to comply with OSHA and ANSI/ISEA Z358.1 eyewash requirements, and when located in a facility where ambient temperatures are between 60 °F and 100 °F, the eye flush kit will also meet the ANSI/ISEA Z358.1 tepid water requirement.

Exactly what I had envisioned. Works well. Only thing I would recommend is a level gauge on it. We added a clear tube so that we can see the level in the station. That way we know when to refill from our weekly test flushes.

My work just got these they are very nicely made. The only problem is the tube on the bottom leaks it should have some type of clamp on it to prevent it from leaking. It's and easy fix. It just does not come with the clamp.

Looks good, the plastic looks thick and strong, I expect it to hold up well as it's toted from job to job. I like the 9 gallon size, easier on the back to move vs the 16 gallon beasts I used to have. I love the short and stout design, should be less prone to tipping compared to the old SAS 5135 version I had. I also picked up a SAS 5134 to try out, its a 9 gallon version of the SAS 5135, amazon still shows a yellow SAS 5134 that looks near exact copy of the Speakman SE-4400, with the exception of the handle placement, I thought I would get the two models and see which one performed better, but unfortunately it turned out to be a green model, that is just a smaller version of the SAS 5135. Anyways, I'm pretty happy with what I saw tonight while unboxing the Speakman, I'll disinfect it tomorrow and verify I get 15 minutes of flow, I'm sure I will, if I don't I'll update
