I bought these from another site because after ordering from Amazon they messaged a week later saying they were actually out of stock. As for the same brand ones I bought from CariD: They look super sleek and allow light to shine brighter. Unfortunately they sit weird in the housing and they don't come with new gaskets. They didn't account for spacing of components inside the chassis on the passenger side tail light housing.

these are cool looking was able to swamp over my seals no biggie. you do need yellow bulbs not included for the turn signals.1156 yellow .

These were okay headlights. They're more mediocre than anything and a little hard to get on to the passenger side, because it kept popping out. I had to make some minor adjustments and take the bracket off of the old tail light and put it on the new one, then it stayed and stopped popping out. The red lenses inside the lights themselves are really cheap and not glued down or anything. They kind of just move around and I had to stick my finger in there a couple times to get them to stay where they were supposed to. That is the biggest reason they are only getting 3 stars. But for the price and with a little adjustment I guess it's not too bad. But overall it's really just cheap plastic.

they are very nice but they DO NOT fit properly at all, maybe the manufacturer should try them before they sell any. I will be returning them for a full refund.

These don't come with a new rubber gasket so you'll have to make one or when it rains they will be ruined. Also these don't fit very well on our 99 bug. The left one fits well, but due to the fuel system on the right side it's a sloppy fit.

This taillight set for vw new beetle is great!I have 2003 vw new beelte and Just replaced them myself and they look awesome!One down side is that this set does not have rubber ring around not as the stock one does and it leaves a small tiny space when you put them on. I tried to put the original rubber rings but they don't fit and they won't stay on while you try install the taillights.I was worried it's going to break when there is a rain or have car wash but after all that, they still work perfectly.All my friends told me they look great and makes my beetle like a new one.The product is very much high quality and you will love them if you try them on!RECOMMENDED!
