There are cheaper parts from other companies and I compared them against Spectra Premium and the quality difference with Spectra is obvious and important as it should last a very long time.

It fits my truck which is good. But what i received is not what is pictured. First, its silver not black. Second, the inner rubber tube is not a rubber tube. Its plastic. It works, but at least put use an accurate photo and description.

About half the price of the Ford dealer. Fit fairly well, definitely not oem quality, but seems to work fine.

Another Spectra disappointment. I purchased a Spectra Premium fuel tank assembly and paired it with the Spectra fuel tank filler neck. My assembly failed in about 2 months, but the filler neck gave me problems in the first 2 min. I know you're thinking how can a filler neck hose fail. I dropped and removed all of the old hardware and components. Installed all of the new Spectra parts (I'm not just a shade tree mechanic *nothing against them* I do have a degree in automotive). Just saying I've done a few automotive repair jobs in my life, I would consider myself competent in automotive repair. So, after the install I noticed a neat little quark. I couldn't fill my gas tank any faster than about a gallon per min (I was literally spending about 20min at the pump). If I tried fill any faster the pump would click off. At first I obviously thought it was my fault (A pinched line or kinked hose or something). After about 2hours removing and inspecting various components I made up my mind to completely remove the entire fuel tank filler neck (which only required dropping the tank down again). I then cut off a huge section of the filler hose that goes down into the tank. No idea if this is the recommended install for their product, but if it is a little note thrown in with the product would have been helpful. I have actually installed several other filler hoses on various other vehicles and have never had to do that to them. SO.... in short rather displeased with the product.
