….hanging swivel kit. So you get not only the speedbag, but also the means to hang it. The bag itself appears to be a decent grade. It comes deflated so it requires you to inflate before using. But this isn’t difficult to do, and it comes an air inflation adapter to make it a little easier to do. Over all, I’m happy with this bag, it isn’t professional grade, but it’s definitely a quality made bag.

Mine is missing the inflating needle. The sewing looks even and well made. The bladder inside needs air to work properly. The swivel is thick and sturdy.Installation/setup: Inflate the ball to the proper hardness, install the swivel on a board at the right height for you. Attach the ball and practice, practice, practice.Final thoughts: The speed ball is a bit small but is serviceable. I’m not in any kind of training, I just got it to play around with and tone my arms. The ball works well, but tends to lose air slowly, I need to check it and refill it every few days. I like this and I’m glad I got it.⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.

I know nothing about speed bags, so I have nothing to compare it to. I don't think is any superior quality, but it will do a fine job for us to play around with. It came with the bracket to hang it, we put it up and have been trying practice doing it. I assure you there is a learning curve, at least for me, but I am making progress, and the kids love it too.

Good quality speedball which comes with a heavy duty swivel bracket to fix to your chosen surface. There is a ball inflating adapter included as well. We have noticed that the ball doesn't maintain its air pressure and does need to be reinflated regularly.

We have a regular punching bag that we use regularly, so I didn’t think too much before choosing this. I did have to move things around and fanangle a way to hang this. It didn’t have instructions. I was expecting it to come filled with padding and couldn’t figure out how to open it up… it has a hole in the bottom like a basketball where you fill it with air. Haha, I’ve never used a speedbag so I didn’t know that. It works fine though it just took me a minute to figure it out and get it set up.

…but, packs a lot of punch. :). I’m new, in fact…I’ve never hit a bag before. This is well made and I think is good for beginners.It’s easy to air up, hang and punch. ❤️
