Update - Seller responded to my concern within 48 hours and said he was shipping the retainers immediately. That's potentially good news. Will update again when retainers are received. Upgraded to 3 stars. If it was a simple mistake, will upgrade to 5 based on the quality of the product as a whole. Again, useless without retainers for floating pin application, which I prefer over press fit.The picture is misleading. There are no pin retainers in the package, and there is no mention that they are excluded in any verbiage. That would not be as much of a problem if those retainers were not impossible to purchase at any price, anywhere as of 9/23/2020. Previous kits I have purchased (same brand) included the retainers. So, I was misled in this case. Anyone who looks at the picture would be forgiven for being misled. In this case, it cost me a lot of money. Hope this helps you prepare.
