Adjunto las fotos de las viejas, donde se puede ver como hay que colocar las "gomas" para que no se te salgan.Son geniales ya que además de cumplir bien su función y disponen de un material más blando al rededor que evitan los posibles golpes.

Ich habe schon Paddles von Speedo, und brauchte kleinere, da ich meine Schulter schonen muss und nicht mehr so in Form bin. Diese hier sind dafür sehr gut geeignet. Man kann nur einen Finger hineinstecken oder die ganze Hand. Macht sehr viel Spaß damit zu schwimmen. Ob die für Anfänger geeignet sind kann ich nicht sagen. Für Anfänger würde ich sie auf jeden Fall versuchsweise empfehlen, zusammen mit den Kurzflossen von Born to Swim.

Cumplen con su función perfectamente haciendo que sea más esfuerzo nadar con ellas. Son ligeras, y del tamaño de la mano, no tipo pala como las otras. Ya llevo con ellas tiempo y no las cambio por ninguna de los otros modelos.La cinta de silicona del dedo es ajustable, pero también se puede nadar sin ella puesto que se acoplan a la mano perfectamente.

Now for me, with arthritic hands, this is really not a good choice for swimming laps as compared to the glove (soft) style. The curved "wings" that you fit around your hand is uncomfortable for me, even as I adjusted the rubber tubing that you slip a finger into so they stay on as you work out.I'm using these rarely, mainly because of that pressure on the spots that are inflamed by my arthritis.They are sturdy though. Much more helpful design than the types of flat hard paddles when I was competing decades ago.
