I forget what exactly I paid for this pair, cheaper for the color (which I don't mind) I remember. I also remember it was quite a significant discount compared to other boot manufacturers. Size is accurate and the fit is comfortable, a bit stiff to walk in initially, but I expect it will "break in" gradually and become less stiff. I'm pleased with the boot-- at a significant savings, too.

These are great! I received them just prior to the recent Florida snow. Waterproof, light insulation, good tread and comfortable.

My third pair. Size 11 1/2 nice fit and does serve my needs. The top rubber usually cracks in time. Ware bending there cause this likely. All said nice boot lasts a couple years there about. Gets lots of usage so can't complaine.

Worse shoes I ever purchased. Top of shoe rubs against top of my toes, because of the plastic shoe top. Instead of the top bowing out it bows inward. Not enough padding in shoe, can’t add another foot pad because the inside of the shoe is too tight. Had a pair of duck boots I got at Macy’s and those shoes were 100 times better. Take my advice and don’t but these shoes, even the instep is to small. These shoes are made in Vietnam. Not worth the money.

They we’re a bit tight when I first got them and immediately thought oh gosh this isn’t going to work but after about a half day they loosened up and now are really loose. They are warm but completely water proof. Very pleased.

As reasonable as these boots are priced, I manage my expectations about them in the first place and I am very happy with the purchase. By saying that, I know these will NOT be a good pair boots that you could wear in any place that snows for they have NO insulation at all. And these are in no comparison to the original Bean Boots in craftsmanship, functionality and durability. But as a pair of casual boots that you could walk for all day on the streets and occasional rain boots, they are perfect for their lightweight, grooved out-soles and rubber(EVA) toe box. The upper leather tend to get scratch mark easily(don't be surprised if you find some when opening the box). The double seams where they stitched the leather and the rubber(EVA) look ok, and the lining of the leather is fleece and no lining for the rubber part. However, my feet feel fine wearing them.My only concern before buying these boots is the sizing. The reviews here are mixed about the sizing, some say true and some say too big. Even people who think the boots are too big suggest buy half size or a full size small. So I'll do my best to describe my experience in choosing the right size here(so you can get the right one in the first time).I wear US 9.5 in all Nikes and D width. I bought US 8.5 for these boots and they fit just the way I want them to be- just like the rest of my casual shoes. I wear tube socks and I still have some room (a little bit more for my index finger can stick into) between the back of the shoe and my heel if I move my feet to against the very front. I do not know how those "true to size" reviews are judged but I still have room for thicker wool socks with US 8.5. If I buy the same US 9.5 or 9 on these boots it would be way too big. (I actually bought 2 pairs at first, 8.5 and 9, to try and then returned the 9)For those who are considering these nice looking casual boots, I suggest buy a FULL size smaller than your athletic/gym shoes if you wear D width. If your feet is wider or you would like a bit more room for thicker socks or an extra pair of insoles, buy HALF size smaller.Hope this helps.
