Ready to Use:
– Wash before first use.
– Straight and firm vegetables with a diameter of about 30-50 mm
such as courgettes, beetroot, courgettes, potatoes and larger carrots work best in the spiralizer.
Steps to Use
Step 1: Clean vegetables and cut both ends. If the vegetables are too long, you can cut them in half; If it's not naturally straight, trim it into straight sections.
Step 2: Choose the appropriate blade according to your preferences.
Step 3: Place the flat end against the center of the blade, hold the container with the blade at a 45° angle, and apply pressure while twisting it clockwise to spiral the veggies when you cut the end of the vegetables, use the safety finger guards to keep you away from the blades.
Step 4: Feel free to customize food, enjoy healthy life.
• The blades are extremely sharp and can cause injury.
• Use and clean this tool with care and keep it out of the reach of children.
• Use another utensil to loosen food stuck in the blade area, do not try this with your fingers.

So this is a sweet time saver. My wife showed me how it works. For many people it will be extremely easy to operate. I have big hands so it's a little small but it's simple to use and setup is literally 5 seconds lol. The blades are SHARP! they make quick work of veggies. Probably my new favorite kitchen toy! This appliance works perfectly! I am obsessed with my zucchini spirals now for dinner.

I use this mainly for cooking cucumber and zucchini. It works great to bulk out meals and speeds cooking time drastically. It's a quick way to make mock low carb pasta and allows me to both expand my simple meals and get more vegetables into my diet.a friend bought a bigger version but since i have limited space and i was afraid it would be one of those things i use once and it goes in cabinet for months before i use again so i got this little one. I LOVE it. it spirals good , the piece that is suppose to push into the end to hold on to while you are twisting is useless but i used my hands and it worked up until a few inches at the top but that was find i just chopped the rest up. it makes spagetti looking noodles with cucumber or zuchini, i didnt try it with carrots i would think i would need the really big fat ones or i dont think it will work. but all in all good for the money would reccomend.

Surprisingly useful product! I got this to chop onions because I hate crying. I also use it to make delicious Japanese Kani Salad which is perfect for slicing cucumber and carrot.
