These are great for resistance in the pool. The stra that goes underneath ur foot I love. It helps so the resistance ankle babd doesn't ride up. Easy to put on and dries very fast.

Borrowed these for a month then decided to order a pair for myself. I use them in a small pool where I tread water, stretch, jog, do jumping jacks, etc. My workout is slow and steady; I do not swim lengths with these. The buoyancy and resistance of the cuffs makes my workout a little harder but not too hard , just right for my arthritis, back and hip issues. I live in a cold climate (Alberta, Canada) so I don't leave the wet cuffs overnight in the car because I don't think that it would be good if they froze. They are slightly bulky but light weight; easy for me to put on in the water. I think they are overpriced (just over $90 Cdn) considering the cuffs are a few pieces of foam stitched together but all-in-all, I really like them.

The velcro is incorrectly placed on the bottom strap that holds your foot securely while doing water aerobics. Otherwise, the product would have been great for my deep water aerobics workout. It's an important part of their comfort having that strap fit properly to your foot. I will have to return product for a different brand. Bummer.
