Excellent quality music book. Arrived promptly and was in beautiful condition, apart from some purple paper or something stuck to the top right-hand corner of the front cover. Bought as a birthday present for my sister and I can already tell that she'll love it!

It is great, but I really do wish it included the song mama who bore me reprise. Now I have to find it online, but other than that it's awesome!

As with all Broadway sheet music books, I was concerned that the arrangements would be true to neither the show or the OBC recording.I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, on the whole, though. The lyrics are accurate, which shocked me no-end, and there are very few cuts to content.Some cuts and edits are made, but nothing major:- The reprises of Mama and Word are both cut, which is the major downfall of the book, especially given that the second reprise of Word is one of the best-loved songs in the fan-following.- None suffers a few cuts, but only in the form of missing repeats. The underscore to Fanny's letter is reduced by about half, in order to make it playable as a solo piece. Figuring out what is missing is trivial, however, and anyone who can read the music should be able to insert bars as needed.- The revised lyrics to some songs are included where they aren't on the album.- All extended spoken passages are cut from the score, most notably in Sadness/Wind, None,- The full version of Purple Summer is included, where this doesn't appear on the album, nor in the conductor score.- No cuts are made to the language, hence the Explicit warning on the cover.The chords are very true to the score, although quite elaborately described at times.I don't completely agree with the notation at the beginning of Bitch, but it's mostly minor otherwise.I would highly recommend this to Spring Awakening fans.

Great to have this book. Fell in love with the musical when I costumed a professional production of it, and am very happy to have the music. I find the book to be very true to the performance composition. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with the condition of this product upon arrival, however, I wish that it hadn't taken so long to get here when it only came from a state away.

簡単で(ちょっとシンプル過ぎるかもしれないけど…)弾きやすい楽譜です。何より、この手には珍しく、メロディーラインを追わない伴奏譜なのが良かったです!

Spring Awakeningの楽譜(ピアノ&ボーカル)です。バンド用をお求めの方には使えないと思うので☆4つで。Mama(Reprise)、The Word Of Your Body(Reprise)以外の全曲が入っています。ヤマハから発売されている日本版も購入しましたが違いは日本版はカバー付き、ということくらいでしょうか。巻頭にはBWの舞台写真が5Pほど載っていて眺めていると舞台の感動が蘇るようでした。

This was purchased as a gift for my daughter (19) who loves this musical. It was received in perfect shape, and she loved it. The music is easy to play without being an "easy" version.

This songbook is one of the better ones I have purchased. The vocal arrangements are true to the recording. It is wonderful to have all of the harmony parts for a change. The musical arrangements are pretty good but are not note-for-note in some songs. I am sure this was done to allow solo piano arrangements for guitar oriented songs. They only thing I was disappointed in was the omission of Mama Who Bore Me(Reprise).
