The handle on the basket that came with my Hayward Skimmer broke in half after less than a year. I was worried about ordering one online because I wasn’t sure it would fit, but it fits perfectly. It came disassembled, but the handle was easy to snap in the holes. I then covered it with a skimmer sock, and dropped it in. The plastic feels like it is equal or possibly even better than the one that came with it. It isn’t as white, maybe an off white, but that doesn’t matter at all since no one sees it inside the skimmer. I’m so thankful to have a handle on my basket again! Hopefully this one lasts longer than the original!
