The software is too difficult to use and every setting seems like you have to do it from your desktop. I can’t stop it from sending me text messages every two seconds. I deleted the app but it’s still sends me messages. I basically just download the app and look at it when I need to know where the car is other than that it’s deleted. I haven’t been able to look up past history the app is too complicated.

Product works great. It is very accurate. It does loose signal in certain areas but no different than a cell phone when it looses signal for a short period of time.

Honestly this isn’t the best gps you can find but it works.it definitely doesn’t give me peace of mind, It completely logged me out of my account and hasn’t popped up since then, I tried to put the IME# and supposedly it’s not found.Accuracy: 5/10Battery life: 8/10Pretty easy to install and it worked great for how long it lasted.
