I bought this to replace a breaker which had failed. The mounting tabs ARE included. However, I did re-use the old tabs, as the new ones seemed just a little flimsier. Bolted up, applied power, and it worked correctly. Problem solved.FYI- for you DIYers out there, make sure you have the correct breaker number. This is a specialized breaker most commonly used in industrial applications, and will NOT fit in a household panel.
