- Tested with 12VDC- Integrated LED works and turns on when an object is detected- This is the "non shield" type, so adjacent metal objects will affect range and sensitivity- I am using this sensor as an alarm sensor for my garage door, it detects if the door gets opened- Mind the output type (this is NPN, pulls the signal to ground)- Cable seems good quality, no issues stripping itOverall it works as expected
