It's a really big roller. I put dollars so you understand the size of this. Works fine maybe works to well. I'm used to a ab roller without the spring, it definitely helps recoil. Only reason I ain't give a 5 is size to put away its like the size of a basket ball but works great

This wheel has some great reverse resistance to help spring you back and forth and be able to really target the midsection. I like the counter too that is helpful. And most importantly it's usb-c which pretty much it needs to be now a days. Overall it is a great workout product to add to your home gym, I've been using it daily and lost 10 lbs already so I'll keep using it for sure. Give it a try!

This roller must be defective or something. It’s just stuck like you can even roll it. I fully charged it and the battery shows full battery and tried but it just won’t roll out. Oh well it’s a fail for me.

This wheel basically works out your abdominal muscles and your arms. It has a digital display and it does look quite impressive but there is a weight limit and it feels as if it may be more fragile than it initially looks. I don't know if I didn't hit the correct mode or what but it didn't count any reps. It has a clock on the side basically to inform you on how long you've been going. So for those who like to try a new gadget every so often this may be up your alley. For the majority though, I would say keep looking.

My 10th grade son loves working out. He's always been jealous of my ab roller so I picked this one up for him. He's very pleased, especially with the screen. Great product.

Looking at the digital display, I had hoped that this ab roller came with more than a digital timer function that I could (and do) handle on my smartwatch. This is probably a much fancier looking roller than it needs to be, but it works well, and provides a bit of spring assist to make this particular exercise easier for beginners. The wide base ball also makes this exercise, which is traditionally extremely difficult with a wheel, much easier and a lot more fun. The handles are spaced comfortably to do the exercise properly, and the handles are very comfortable to hold and adjust with you while you're doing the exercise, which I find easier on my wrists.The package also included some foam (I use this to kneel on) and an exercise band, which my son has put to full and imaginative use, but I don't use myself. Overall, it's a good, if one dimensional, workout that I can easily fit in every day. Battery powered ab roller. Its pretty heavy duty and sturdy. My teenage son uses it and loves it. Great value for the money.
