Small amount of assembly not a problem, but I don't Remember it being described. Function is as descibed

I almost did not purchase This plant mover because of the reviews. Most of the reviews sounded poor. I was desperate for help to move my plants though, so I purchased it. I was very happy with the help it provided even with my heavy clay pots as well as some resin that are not that heavy but awkward. I was able to maneuver my plants out of the garage and our shed to bring them out to the sun. I would definitely recommend this product. I love it. It’s gonna come in handy in the future.

Honestly? When I ordered this contraption I was hoping it would help me fulfill a gardening gig which required planting about 8 exotic pine trees. Each of these 8-10' trees had extremely heavy root balls which weighed 3/4 of my body mass. After shortening the plastic protuberances (that are for large planters) with a hack saw, I was able to move these 8 trees to the plant site by myself. The adjustable clip on the handle and steel "fingers" at the bottom held the root ball and tree trunk secured with bungees. No small feat as each tree had to be rolled to the site: about 1.5 city block length on 2" aggregate chips! Exclamation point deserved. So while this dolly may move pots as it arrives, if you need to move trees - just customize and you have a lightweight (important!) tree dolly that is compact to store to complete heavy tasks on a budget. Thanks!

Plastic slippery wheels no tred. The bottom area had a metal stability hook not long enough. Also there is 2 posts with suction bumpers that are blocking ,hindering in the way from the pot that prevents the size or transport of the pot itself. In short the pot needs to reach the bumpers (that must be shortened, & the bottom support is not long enough.Waste of money only to cut & refix the thing.Never did move even 1 pot. Save your money ! NOTFor large pots. That's was the whole purpose in buying this.
