The battery is used for SRAM eTap or AXS systems utilizing the battery. The package included instructions for use, warranty info and a cover for the battery. The battery charged quickly (charger not included) and was utilized shortly after without any issues. I would purchase this item again.

Don’t roll the dice on off brand batteries. Who wants to be stranded on a 200 mile ride because batteries quit???

Brands cycle sent out two replacement batteries quickly to replace the batteries that did not hold a charge. Great to work with and I am going to purchase further products.

I've read too many trades stories of aftermarket cheap SRAM axs batteries damaging the contact pins on different components including major components that are expensive to replace or have repaired.

Didn't like the fact package had been opened. Battery could of been switched or used.
