Srunffe Clear Matte HTV Vinyl for Sublimation allows you to do a dye sublimation transfer onto cotton fabric. It has a heavy clear backing that is heat resistant so you can cut it on something like a Cricut cutter to make intricately shaped sublimation bases.The first attached photo shows a cut and weeded HTV that I made. I cut it on a Cricut 3 using the Vinyl material setting. It is not hard to weed but it is not the easiest either. It is hard to see where the vinyl has been cut. I used a light box to help. You are peeling two layers from the backing. Sometimes the two layers separate. I found it easier to weed each of the two layers separately when this happened.The second photo shows the HTV transferred to a cotton tee shirt. I pressed it at 400 degrees F. with heavy pressure for 10 seconds in a heat press. I did a slow cold peel. The HTV is clear and it does not block the underlying fabric color.Finally I made a sublimation transfer print on a Sawgrass printer using the vinyl settings. I did a Print Then Cut with the Cricut so the transfer print had the same shape as the HTV. The purpose was to aid in aligning the print to the HTV. I did the dye sublimation at 392 degrees F. with medium pressure for 40 seconds to get the result shown in the third attached picture. The HTV does have a stiffer plasticy feel than the surrounding cotton but it is still reasonably flexible.

Tested it on a shirt and it worked well... good base for the colors and maintained the color saturation...
