Nice looking hat, fits my large head, but has an unpleasant odor to it. I'm fairly sure the odor will diminish as it airs out, but I still may hand wash it just in case the odor is from chemicals used in the manufacturing process.

Hat came on time but the beek doesn’t line up with the hat. Don’t know is it’s a resell or what, but if your company makes them have a quality control department to make sure the beek lines up with the hat. Disappointed

The hat is not exactly what I expected. It has a high crown or tall profile.

The hat is as described, nice. Instead of 2 days, it took 8+. I ordered 6 days before the holiday I wanted the hat for. The worse part is if the delivery is delayed, then delayed,then delayed ... it says you can not cancel until after it arrives and return. Geez, update the delivery instructions. Or cancel and let us re-order, if that's a better option because the whole time my item was delayed... the vendor still said it could be delivered in 2 days. Not happy with the vendor or Amazon's delivery instructions.
