These are a definite upgrade over some brands I've used. They wear evenly and don't score the surface as cheaper brands sometimes do. My biggest complaint is that they break apart around the edges which shortens the overall lifespan and utility.

These pads helped me polish a large slab of concrete that I'm using for a bbq and prep countertop. It's a large slab, and this moved a good amount of material. I started with a carbide cup wheel to get the big boogers off, but this did a good job exposing the aggregate

Polished the edges of some 4” granite slabs. About 8 square feet of surface area. Took about 6 hours to bring to a mirror finish. Lots of life left in the pads. Just make sure the pads are well pressed onto the Velcro and run at a reasonable speed

These are great grinding polishing discs. I have used them extensively to grind and polish concrete panels with glass mosaic and terrazzo. Angle grinders are maybe too high an rpm for the velcro attachment system. The high rpms generate more friction and heat that softens the adhesive on velcro backing pads resulting in high velocity rubber discs flying. A drill's rpm seems more suitable: the discs and the backing pads last longer. Otherwise, they are very effective.

I purchased and used these to polish my concrete counter top. This was the pad I use most often to grind through all the rough spots, and prep for the higher girt levels. This pad has enough grit to work through most rough spots left over from the pouring, and makes it much easier for the others [100 up to 6k]. Best part is these pads last longer than any others I've used, for comparison they last about 3 to 4 times as long. Very good product for the price.
