I'm planning on hitting the rodeos this summer and fall, and most of the rodeo arenas around here have really uncomfortable metal bleachers. I'm getting too old to deal with that nonsense, so I picked this seat up, and it seems like it will do me just fine. The little accessory pockets on the front are nice, as is the carry handle. This thing is definitely built really sturdy, and you can feel the weight of it right out of the box. I tried it out on the bleachers next to the track at the high school near my house and it works very nicely. Overall, this was a great find for an old guy who's getting tired of the cheap seats.

After sitting through my first middle school volleyball game and having no back support, my back was killing me. Two days later my husband surprised me with a stadium seat that not only supported my back but also my bottom.

Really like the seat cushioning on this stadium seat. It's more than others that I own. Seat is likely better for those with smaller bottoms as it doesn't extend much beyond what you would see for a typical bleacher bench and with that the seat back too doesn't intrude upon others seated behind you. Seat back is OK, and supports your back well enough. A little too vertical for my preference, but its better than nothing. Other than that, the bleacher brackets on bottom secure it to bleacher to it won't fall backwards. The pockets for a bottle don't do much for me due to placement behind your legs so I won't be using them except if ever needed for my phone, which works fine for that purpose, or a small soft drink bottle at most, or snack bag. Seat is noticeably heavier than my others but the carry strap works just fine. Seat seems like it should hold up from use quite well.

It's still winter here so I tested this on a kitchen chair and a stool. It stayed on quite nicely on both because the hooks swivel to accommodate different seat thicknesses. What I like most is that this chair is not very deep. Some might consider that a con but we've been to some crowded meets where the bleachers were packed. Other people who had similar types of chairs hung over the back of their bench and hit the legs of the people behind them. I feel that is terribly inconsiderate and I wanted a seat that did not crowd the people behind me. This chair is not too deep and sits up straight but is still comfortable and supportive when you lean back. The seat is also nicely padded. The pockets in front fit my water bottle and Kindle nicely. This will NOT hold a Stanley water bottle or any other cup that is narrow on the bottom and wide on top. But to be honest, you wouldn't want that anyway because the bottle hits the back of your legs when sitting. Anything bigger than a 12 or 16 oz water bottle would be in the way. One other thing I don't love but can't be helped is that when you pick this up and fold it into a portable "case" is that anything in the pockets will fall out. The openings face the ground. The only way to fix this though would have been to put the handle on the front of the seat and then the back would have flipped open when walking... so trade-offs. I also don't love how the velcro on the bottom that holds the pockets in when folded up have big staples in them. They are also glued so the staples are probably for extra hold so I am not knocking a star off. But if the velcro rips off I'll come back and update.

My husband and I are both senior citizens closing in on 70 and as much as we try to remain young grandparents, the creaky backs and legs Are unfortunately a part of getting older. We have a set of four year-old twin grandchildren one boy one girl each is going to play a different sport on the soccer. The other will be T-ball. We know that we will be going to their games and I thought at our age is hard to sit on a bench for any length of time so if we don’t have The option of taking a chair, we will be taking the seats that sit on the stadium later and support our back. We both have one and we will definitely be using them come this spring.. the best I could do is test it out by sitting on it on my bench and I’m sure it’s going to be a big help compared to not having this bench seat. So if you’re back end area gets sore easily sitting on a hard bench I highly recommend you getting one of these soft bench seats with support for your back

I like this thickness of the seat pad and that it has a shoulder strap to carry. The placement of the drink holder is right where your legs would go. It is not a practical location, it should've been placed on one of the sides. The back support is nice, wish it came up higher for better support.

I really wanted to love this cushioned stadium seat because it has what should be some pretty cool features, but they just fall flat. There is a set of pockets on the front that velcro to the underside of the seat when not in use. But its placement when using it is on the front, under where your legs go; the pockets hold various items, and one of those pockets is a cupholder. For the life of me, I can't figure out why you would put your cup under your legs. I guess if there is no other cup holder available, it's better than nothing but you would have to sit off to the side or keep your legs spread the whole time so as not to keep hitting it. Also, the seat cushion is really thick, which is nice, but it's not really deep enough for an adult-sized butt, even a smaller one like mine. It's wide enough, just not deep enough. The product page literally says "extremely large seat size" but it's not. So your legs hang off a little too far, making it uncomfortable. Also the back is just straight up and down with no way to recline it at all. Where this would be bad is if you're sitting on sloped grass hill, say at a spring training baseball game because you'd be sitting/leaning too far forward. It does have a handle on one side and the back, and an adjustable shoulder strap for easy carrying. I can see where a kid would love these but it's just not really made well for adults.
