Filling Up The Pump Housing With Full Water Before Working
- Unscrew the nut from the pump housing, adding full water into it to help accelerate the flow rate of water inlet.
- Bigger size inlet hose is recommended.
- Better to use a check valve at the end of inlet hose which will save time to set the pump use at the next time.
Discharge The Waste Water
- If you will not use the pump for a long time, we advise to unscrew the drain plug to discharge the waster water out.
- If you often use the pump, it is no needed to do it.
- This pump is not suitable for drinking water.

- If the water is not clean, it is necessary to install a filter before the water inlet of the pump housing.
- Please make sure the inlet hose is not blocked or floded.

I purchased 2 of these pumps and I am super happy with the performance. I have an issue with one of them. Once I turn it on it works for 8-10 minutes then turns off for several minutes. I have to keep turning on and off to pump some water out. I appreciate the seller or someone to help me to solve this issue. Thank you.

This was my second unit. My first broke due to a tree limb. This one broke after only a couple uses. Reached out to seller whom has agreed to promptly replace.

I had purchased a pump from another place. Same price as this pump. It started smoking within two minutes. Would not push the water through.Then I read the reviews on the other site, others had complained about the same.This pump is amazing. Doesn't hesitate to pump water.Where I live, we need water delivered. We have a backup water container. If we run out of water before it is delivered we have this to pump water into our cistern from this water container. Emptied it to test and it worked so well and had the water pumped into the cistern within minutes.We need have to buy extra PVC connections for the hoses we use. Can't say other will need to do the same as I'm not an expert. My dad put it together and had it going with the extra connections.

Bought this pump to water my garden from an old dug well. I Installed a foot valve and filled the water line down the well, about 15’, till it was coming out of the top of the pump. Turned it on and had it pumping water through my sprinkler in the garden. Great little pump, I recommend it for watering gardens or anywhere you need water pressure.

I'm hoping the seller will read this as I see no direct way to contact them. I have used this pump for 10-12 hrs and the shaft water seal is already leaking a stream about the size of a large pencil lead. Also the pump water fill cap, the thread tolerances were very poor and stripped the bolt. All I would like to receive would be a new shaft water seal. I can deal with the fill cap myself.

Works well for its intended purpose. I use mine to provide necessary flow to roof washing utensil. Downside is that the pump is NOT self priming and does NOT include the necessary adapters to hook up garden hoses. Otherwise, good value for the money and the usual prompt and speedy delivery.

Attempted to pump 3 feet of water out from pool. Tried numerous times to fill water into the screw hole to prime the pump. Again, again and again. After screw back the hole and pump just would not start pumping. After trying to prime to start the pump for 2 days. Gave up and return it.

I get water behind my pool liner each winter. Last year it cost me $500 to have a pool company pump the water out from behind my liner. I decided to give this pump a try. Even if it lasted one year, at $93, it would be a huge savings. I was pleased that it did the job with no problem. The first day, I ran it for over 12 hours straight and it did not have a problem, no over heating, etc. I would recommend this pump for someone with a similar issue as I expect to get a couple years out it.

Worked great for a month. It helped with increasing water pressure for watering our lawn. After a month of use, it is now cycling on/off. If you read through the reviews, others are complaining about this problem. I will try to use this for the summer to see if it gets worse.If you buy this product, it's worth getting the extended warranty.Make sure to buy the right connectors to connect your hoses.There are no indications on the pump for water input/output, nor is there information in the manual. Someone has provided the information in questions/answers.I would not buy this product again.

The input and output on this pump wasn't labeled at all, nor did I see anything in the reference material which would indicate which was which. I was able to quickly determine this though by filling it with water and plugging it in for a second to see which way the water went. The input is on the end opposite the motor (horizontal), output is on top (vertical), for those who are wondering. It's a good pump so far, and is considerably quieter than the little 12v pump we were using before. It seems solidly built and doesn't get very hot while in operation. They mistakenly sent the 1.6HP pump (I ordered the 1HP pump). It uses 1200 watts instead of the 800 watts the 1HP would use, but given the size of my garden it's probably a good thing they sent the larger pump. (only about $2 difference in price I think). The price was really nice too, considering it's such a well made unit.
