This is high quality fully threaded stainless steel. Threads are well machined and thread appropriate hardware without snagging. I'd say the quality for price is very good.

PROS: Nice length strong threaded rods in a common size, great for many repairs, cutting to lengths needed, or using in new projects or crafts. CONS: Not real precise threading, fairly magnetic for stainless steel, comes pre rusted with dinged threads in some areas, may rust faster than expected outside or in wet environments given the rust already starting. OK value for long useful rods.
