The tips of these tweezers is quite large - they are too blunt, which makes them unuseful for fine work. They are just not precise, and fail to grip.

Nice quality lab forceps, nicer than hobby-grade, but perfect for delicate tasks. Make sure you clean them off with some isopropyl first, they have a light machine oil coating.
