These are a little bit flimsy, but I still really like them. I have used them for tea, to hold herbs making soup, and sauces and to dust powered sugar onto desserts.

I am using the small ball for tea brewing right now. The ball closes tightly and is perfect for containing the smallest of tea leaves while allowing the water to fully extract the flavors.
