The clamp was not designed for a 2" pipe. Furthermore, the included bolts were too short. And the material the clamp itself was made out of was not of good quality material. Even if you bought new longer bolts,it was still not worth the effort to try to make it work.

A strong wind storm snapped the fence pole in me and neighbors yard. Once we were to reset the boards to lighten the fence, used our Ryobi impact to tighten it down a WALA

Used this to repair a rusted, broken conduit at ground level for an electrical conduit coming to my electrical meter. It does not have to be water tight, just protection from my weed eater and any other physical damage. I have done this in the past when selling my last house and had no issues with the inspection process.Being stainless steel, I don't have to worry about it rusting apart again, and one less thing to worry about causing an electrical issue.

A road work crew damaged/bent my fairly new metal mail box post and left without telling me about the damage. I found it bent almost to the point where it was going to break in half and fall to the ground.I did not want to replace the post so started looking for some type of support sleeve that could wrap around the 2 inch metal post and secure it from further damage and provide long term supportI found this one piece metal sleeve that meet my needs. Installation was quick and my mail box is secured from falling over.

I bought these because we have a 18ft galvanized gate at end of our driveway. The side near the hinges cracked at the bottom. These clamps worked perfectly.

So oddly enough, I got this because I'm trying to find some sort of clamp that I can use for a broken aluminum fence post. I just needed something to keep the post from falling over and oddly enough, they don't make anything for that. But I don't have $1,500 to have someone come in and replace it for me. So this has the same dimensions that I need. Going to give it a shot. I don't know why but I got something of a metallic blue color when I was expecting like stainless steel or shiny aluminum. Well, I'll probably just put some duct tape over it so it matches the fence LOL.
