Item just as described. We were replacing an old set of grill tongs and saw these. I like the variety of sizes. Thicker, easy grip handles. They are very sturdy.

The scissor action is fair. What I felt these cooking utensils needed was more grip at the point of action where you grab your steaks when on the grill. At times I had to come down hard on pressure to ensure the steaks would flip over as needed. However, the Stainless part of the utensil has been up to par. I like having cooking ware that does not corrode.

I bought these for my husband because his favorite tongs broke at the rivet and couldn't be fixed. After he used them, he said they were the best tongs he's ever used! They are very sturdy, the handle grips are comfortable and they grip food well. He highly recommends them.
