Your cart is empty. This stainless steel meat baller is used to make meatballs in a simple way, just squeezing the meat mince using this tool you can make round meat balls efficiently. We have two sizes of the scoop, diameter 1.4 inch (3.5 cm) for small size and 1.8 inch (4.5 cm) for large size.
304 stainless steel to make the scoop and 430 stainless steel to make the handle.
Self-opening function by installing a compression spring in the middle, and a hook lock is added. These features are different from others meat ballers and the design has been patented.

The diameter of scoop wasn’t given, but it is too large for cookies or meatballs. It’s my own fault! I was so glad to find scoop with holes for scrapping off access that I didn’t focus on size.

The meatballs are just the right size for us. However the device isn't as easy to use as I expected. The meatballs fill the baller completely due to the openings that allow the excess to squeeze out and no air pockets getting trapped inside. Maybe I'm doing something wrong but, the meatballs do not just drop out of the baller - they have to be coaxed out. That's a bit of an inconvenience but not enough to stop me from using the meat baller.

This set of meatball press makes a nice large round meat ball. It is easy to work with and I found I could make very consistent meatballs in a short period of time.
