Great little camping grill overall. It's all one piece and the legs fold underneath for storing and transport. Very simple to fold the legs out and start using right away. The grill itself is a fairly good size; works well with two camp cookware pots or for one large skillet. This can also be used to cook food directly on the grill itself, but I prefer using it with cookware. It doesn't sit up off of the fire as much as I'd like, but it's still easy to use and has been quite useful for camping and for catch, clean, and cooks down at the lake. I like the design and how easily it can be transported; it's nice to be able to take it practically anywhere. Pretty solid camp grill for the price! Highly recommend!

As far as being functional, this product ticks all the boxes. It is sturdy enough to support one MAYBE 2 cast iron cooking pans, or ONE dutch oven. Anything more than that and you'll put strain on the thin lattice cooking surface. Before putting your food right on the surface, I recommend you burn off the factory coating on it. It will smell for the first 10 minutes or so until this is done. The legs feel sturdy enough but after continued use I see the rivets failing. Nothing a drill and some screws and nuts won't fix though.My problems with this product are that it is too low to the ground to have a decent enough fire under it. You will either need to be constantly tending the fire to keep consistent heat or will need to be shoveling coals under it from you actual campfire. I ended up using a few rocks to build a platform for it to raise it to the height I needed it to be. It they made the legs longer, and adjustable, easy 5 star product.

I have a larger version of this grill but it can be too big sometimes so I wanted the smaller version. I wanted the larger version to give me room to better control the temps by moving things from hot- over the fire/coals to cool- away from the heat. That works good on my large fire ring but sometimes I don’t need the size.This grill is nicely made. It is a heavier gauge metal, but not too heavy to be difficult to use. It will last a long time. The paint is good but expect it to get damage from use and the elements like rain. The legs move into place easily. The hardware seems good, I’ve never had any problems.I don’t think it’s recommended to cook directly on the grate. To me, this defeats the purpose of having a “grill”, but I would not want the paint to transfer anything to my food. Maybe if the paint burns off someday I will throw a burger or hotdog directly on it. I do like that it is cleaner for packing and storage by not cooking directly on it.My only gripe is the hollow legs. I wish there was a plug or something in the bottom to prevent dirt and fire ash from getting pushed in. I like my stuff clean and when dirt comes out of the legs at some random time, it is usually not where I’d prefer dirt to fall.This is a very good grill… it’s my 2nd.

Great addition to a bushcraft or camp site

This one feels well made. It's very easy to open and close the legs. It's also easy to travel with when it's flat. For reference, it sits up about 6" above the ground. I was camping at a place with a fire ring, so I was able to lay it out across with the legs closed. It's good and sturdy. I don't have any problems with it at all. I'd give it 5/5 stars.
