This did come with a new gasket in spite of some other reviews that said that it didn't. It was very simple and straightforward to install and it seems to be of good quality. This improve the performance of the engine as the old one was sticking. It's been on for a while now and continues to work as it should. Time will tell if it lasts for the long haul.

It fit perfectly and it was the difference of night and day. It's running so much better. And I believe I am getting a little better gas mileage.

Great quality seems to be operating as expected made my idle on the 5.8 alot smoother. Comes with Gasket included. Would buy again.

I had an issue with my 1988 Ford F-150 running rough. Replaced the original IAC with this replacement. Perfect fit, and it comes WITH the IAC gasket. The truck immediately idled better, both in drive gears and in neutral. Installation was easy and painless. Cost effective solution! Definitely recommended for anyone still operating with an original IAC!
