Nothing wrong with this. Fitted straight in. Fixed all my light indicator problems as I hoped. Fully recommended if you have similar problems. Mine was headlights going out while using indicators.

Lasted less than a year. Indicator activates the high beam.... Really makes other drivers happy.....

I bought this in August of 2022 because my high beams would come on when I used my right turn signal. My husband finally had the time and installed it in late September/early October. First, the turn signal is very stiff and hard to use. It feels like it might break when you try to use either blinker. It is now April 25, 2023. For the last 2 months my high beams started coming on again when using my right turn signal. It's progressively getting worse. If you touch the turn signal, hit a bump or make a turn the high beams come on. Now, I can barley turn the high beams OFF. I've ordered a new one from a different company. Hopefully, the new one will last longer than this one.

I ordered this for my 2008 Tahoe LS 2wd because the brights started flipping on when you use the right hand turn signal. The switch arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. It appeared to be a perfect replacement and very good quality. The problem I ran into was the harness connector on the end of the black wire bundle that comes out of the switch to meet the corresponding receptacle on the vehicle - the stock piece is rectangular in shape while the replacement had a SQUARE shape, making it impossible to connect it to the truck. Amazon says it is compatible, but as a fairly experienced guy in auto repair, I can assure you that this was not the case. Quality is good and I wish I could have used the part, but I will have to return it and track down the correct item with the rectangular harness shape. ( I didn't snap photos of the incompatible parts, these photos are just to show the quality)

After making sure I had the proper wiring(the pickup truck wiring does not have the same suv wiring for rear window wiper), connecting this switch was fairly easy for an amateur do it yourselfer. The switch works great and now I can clean my rear window on my Tahoe!
