I purchased 2 of these for my 2002 Chevy Camaro. Both worked great! Easy to install and I was happy they had plenty of extra wire, made splicing a lot easier!

Great item. However if you're having problems with shorted bulbs/sockets, try running the ground of the socket directly to the chassis (frame) instead of rewiring back into the cars stock wiring. Tape up the cars unused oem ground wire and tuck it out of the way.

Does not hold the lamp in place. Tried to use silicone to hold lamp in place vibration loosened lamp every time. Finally resulted to super glue to hold lamp in place still did not stay seated. This product is typical Chinese Sh]¥. Went to autozone got the correct part for my ws6. Waste of time and money. DO NOT BUY CHINESE JUNK!!!

Replaced a charred (totally carbonized) Buick Lesabre (2002) tail light/brake socket.Took 10 minutes to unbolt, extract and cut off bad socket, trim the new wires to about 4" length, strip all then butt crimpthe car wiring to new socket.Pay attention to color code that goes to each position wire and connect one at a time in same patteren.NOTE: The foam washer that comes with this part is a bit too thick, we removed the GM seal from old socket and placed it on new socket after removing foam. This makes it all fit perfectly in the reflector base with a small twist after aligning up the tabs with the reflector.Best value for money out there as most auto parts stores don't have these on the shelf.Amazon next day is as fast as the McParts stores can get them.

Tail light frozen in socket; so remove old socket and wire this socket in. Works well and saves money.

Perfect for the common Melted or corroded GM connector.Super nice quality, long leads, color coded wire and good seal.Used this to replace front turn signal / parking lights on 99 trans am. Spot on and way better than GM $70+ part

It did the job but I had to wire 5 into 3 so be sure if it says it's compatible with your vehicle that you know how to work around if it's not exactly made for it.
