Bought this part to replace a broken tumbler in my 2000 Sienna XLE. It arrives with 2 programmable blank keys. It was my 2nd attempt at self-servicing the car, as the first attempt happened to be an incompatible part (). There is a subtle but crucial difference between the immobilizer and non-immobilizer tumblers - the former have their front "neck" of a smaller diameter, allowing the immobilizer antenna ring to sit around it. With the latter, there is no place for this antenna ring, and one cannot insert the key all the way in if the ring is "on top" of the cylinder. See the front images for the two parts on their product pages.Replacing the part itself is extremely easy, once you know the 2 screws you need to unscrew to get there. The problem is with programming the two included transponder keys. Finding the procedure for that was a hard task, as the 2000 models became pretty old now, but a nice local mechanic found the description in one of the subscription-only mechanics sites and printed out for me.All in all, some time spent on research, some luck involved and $100-$200 saved!
