I got this to make a small work bench that I want to be able to up and down. I have three kids that like to help me with projects. Only problem is I am a tall guy and have taller than normal workbenches. Now it is not an issue and I can move down when the kids are helping and move it back in I a height I prefer. Not exactly what this was intended for but either way it works great!

This electric standing desk frame is very sturdy and made of high quality materials. It is very easy and quick to assemble. It moves very smoothly when raising or lowering the desk. The size is perfect given it can be adjusted for a desk top ranging from 37" to 52" in length with a 20" to 28" width. The frame comes with two hooks which are useful for keeping various cords together and out of the way. The motor is nice and quiet when raising and lowering the desk. Once assembled with the top, the desk is very sturdy. There is no wobbling when pressing down on any side. Overall, this is an excellent desk that can be built to someone's specific needs as far as desk top size goes.

The product is missing assembly screws and cannot be assembled, which is a bad experience.

When assembling, I found that the holes did not match up. It was a very bad performance and a waste of time.

I got this Standing Desk Frame for my garage to cover a wider workspace which other standing desks with included table top could not offer. It's a nice, straightforward frame with solid build for a standing desk. It has smooth and quiet height adjustment and easy to switch between sitting and standing. It has 3 memory height settings as well as manual settings. It's well built, durable and feels stable even at its highest height. The best thing is that you have the ability to customize your desktop, with flexibility in table top style and size. The adjustable height range is between 28-47 inches, though it would be nice if the lowest setting went a bit lower for shorter users. The only thing is that table tops offered for these customizable frames can get pricey, so weigh out your options if you are going to get one with table top or without, or you can also build your own. Overall, it’s a well-built and cost-effective solution for anyone looking to upgrade their workspace with a standing desk and customize the size and color to their liking.

This standing desk is great for my use as a Lego building station. Assembly was simple and it functions well under lighter use. I don't have any weight on the desk and it does fine, however I am not sure how well it will do with a pc and monitor. Overall I do recommend this desk. Thank you.

I owned a super expensive name brand standing desk which the motor failed on me so I wanted to look for a more economical option. I only needed the bottom platform so I ordered this electric desk frame by Dersite and I am super impressed with it. The assembly was straight forward and easy. The only thing I will note on installation is to ensure you don't over-tighten down on the screws as that can bend some parts of the metal.Once it was assembled, I tested the up down functions of the motor which worked fine. Then I attached it to the 30"x53" desk surface from my old standing desk since I could re-use that portion. I loaded the top with 2 large monitors, 4 heavy books that I use as monitor stands, my laptop (not in pic), and various other office supplies. I retested the up down functions and it ran just as well as it did without any loads on it.Programming the preset heights to memory was super simple with only 2 button presses. I work from home all day at the desk so it's great to be able to change up the position easily with the pre-programmed heights. I would 10/10 recommend this frame for anyone who works long hours at the desk.

I started buying these type desks for my computer/electronics area and this is my 4th set. I have back/neck problems and I need to constantly change my sitting/standing situation all day. Even though I am disabled this allows me to do small projects and keep my mind/body still active some rather than sitting all day watching TV.These stands have a good load capacity of 176lbs or so and have no problems moving a simple computer or project up and down. If you know anything about electric motors, syncing has always been an issue with these type legs if you try and use dual motors, which while it can be done, you have to use stepper type motors to get that synch which requires electronics and a little more time in setting up (think of a 3D printer). By using one motor to drive the unit by a shaft to the other leg, assembly is easier and basically done in minutes. While I have only had one pair of legs be uneven, I dod believe it was due to my installation as it was my first and the desk still functions fine, and I can fix it later. As long as its not so bad things are rolling of the desk its not an issue. As for a top? You can use anything you want, depending on the room you have it in. One top I have is press board covered in wood veneer which is a bit flimsy but works. On a few other desks I used simple old doors I am replacing in my house. They are thick, heavy and provide a surface I am not afraid of burning with a soldering iron or getting cut with a knife. The options/choices are limitless. So no problems with setup/installation or recommending these for anyone for use.
