The brush, sponges, and other cleaning accessories are good quality for the price. My only criticism would be the flimsiness of the telescoping handle. It is effective for a light wash to remove the saltwater but does not respond well to heavy scrubbing. A traditional deck brush would hold up better for clean up after a day of fishing.

Let me start off by saying you DO NOT need a threaded adapter for this kit (see picture)The brush head has one side threaded, and the other side is not, with a hole for a spring-snap to snap in on the pole.Feels well built and the "boat" magic erasers work well.

Nice little starter package. The yellow is definitely soft - good for the outside of the hull. May want to go blue (medium) for the non-skid - I'll probably add a blue head for this use. The magic erasers are nice.

We needed a boat brush and boat hook and this product does both which saves storage space. I thought the little scubies/erasers as a throw in were a gimmick but they actually work very well. The pole is very strong and easy to attach provided you're smart enough to know which side of the brush to plug it into (see negative reviews). Overall a great product and price...strongly recommend.

Bought this set as a Christmas gift for my husband. He seems to like it, says it's great for the boat- I did end up buying a shammy mitt separately. I wish this kit had it included because the big sponge looks a bit cheap.
