I recently acquired this printer and it was great for connecting my iPad. I am currently using Square as my terminal in the software worked just perfectly didn’t even have to set up anything. Just Bluetooth connected my iPad to the printer in the Square app just found it immediately.

The printer works great if you can figure out how to hook up two different stations to it. We use this in a town office setting and wanted to hook up 2 computers to it. We had to wait until my computer was replaced in order to figure out that it will only work with the original cable. You cannot add another station by any other means, whether its LAN, Bluetooth or however. Installing was also not an easy job.Not happy that we have to order a second printer and its way too late to return it.

This is the second printer I have purchased for my small business. I needed a printer that is Bluetooth, so my business, (which is short staffed) can send orders immediately to the kitchen. Well after long anticipation and paying extra for expedited shipping, I found out by the STAR site that this printer doesn’t have Bluetooth! And it is IMPOSIBLE to set up. Sending back immediately. I am very disappointed.

Receipt getting stuck in the printer. At the end of print paper getting stuck with a hole. Cannot return after 30 days to seller and no response Star Micronics support. Stuck with defective.We use quality thermal paper, same paper no issue TSP100III printer. Avoid this go with TSP100III**** Startmicronics support is very poor. It been more than 6 weeks i have opened the case and send the information they requested. i have send reminder emails and left two voice mails. So for no replay. Support is very bad.
